I've been tweaking my arrangements and so far this is what I've come up with. The Zebras and Kuhlis are my two main concerns for placement. Currently the Kuhlis are in a 10 and the Zebras are keeping the 55 cycled. I do know the Clowns will need a larger tank, eventually, which is planned ahead. Does anyone see any problems with these arrangements? I can be flexible if need be.

Italics are fish I don't own yet.

55 gallon:
1 Red Tailed Black Shark 6"
1 Leopard Frog Pleco 4"
2 Golden Bristlenose Plecs
5"
3 Clown Loaches 4-6" (for their duration in this tank)
10 Black Neons 1.5"
10-12 Cories 1.5-3"
5 Kuhli Loaches? 4"
6 Long Fin Zebra Danios? 2"

30 gallon 1:
6 Lamprologus stappersi (strictly species only) 2"

30 gallon 2:
12 Panda Cories (preferred species only) 1.5-2"

10 gallon 1:
5 Kuhli Loaches?
6 Long Fin Zebra Danios?
Grow-out tank?

10 gallon 2:
6 Apple Snails

For someone that dishes out alot of advise to people and tells them where there going wrong i would of thought you could sort your own tanks out clown loaches in a 55g not good and some other problems that ill let you work out.

As I said, temporary, and just because I give a lot of advice, doesn't mean I'm above asking others their opinions of my own set ups. If all you have are rude remarks though, then you can stop replying right now and get lost.

im not being rude but you speak to people in a very stern mannor and you are very harsh with people so i gave you a taste of your own medicine. As for your stocking how many people say yeah thats tempory ill be getting a bigger tank well get the fish when you have the tank. And as for keeping kuhulis in a 10g far to small. And your 55g is pretty full.

Sorry, it's late and I over reacted. I may sometmes be stern with other people, but I also know my limits and have been at this for a few years. I do actually get a bigger tank when it's needed. The fish that go into the 55 will be it. No others are going to be added unless some are moved out or die.

I'm curious why a 10 gallon is too small for Kuhlis though as I've never seen any problems before with anyone else or my own?

Are you planning to keep the Kuhlis in the 10 galon or is this a temp thing? Going by the inch per gallon rule then 5 Kuhlis at 3.5 ins is 17.5ins and then with the danios on top which is 6 at 2ins is another 12 inches making 19.5 inches of fish.

The 55g tank also exceeds the 1" of fish per gallon rule when they become adults so without knowing how big these fish are now and at what point a bigger tank will be obtained then its hard to give advice :/ Compatability wise everything seems fine.
