How Do I Setup V2 Vecton Uv Sterilizer?

Hi,i was just wondering how do i setup v2 vecton uv sterilizer which end is inlet/outlet which end do i attatch to the filter etc,just asking as this is new to me never used one before.Is there anywere that has diagrams on the set up of these etc

It should not matter re in and out.
 
However, the key to UV working is a proper flow rate and turnover rate. Dwell time is the key.
