How Do I Prepare Earthworms

hi so i got some earthworms

and some blood worm pellet feed for fishing

1.do i need to wash the earth worms as there in compost
2.do you reckon theyle be ok the guy said a few people go in and get various food from them
and the pellets are apparently fish meal with blood worm

To prepare earthworms, you need to rinse them off and take your fingers and go down their body to get the castings out. Depending on the type of fish to be fed, they can be fed whole for larger cichlids or chopped up into many small pieces with a sharp knife for smaller fish.

the castings?

oh i have to touch them XD

any one gott ideas on the pellets

if there suetable so you used ones from fish tackle shops?

great if yes

cool thanks

I use bloodworm pellets bought from a big fish store on Ebay. They're great, all my fish both coldwater and tropical eat them and they last for ages. Great way to feed bloodworm without the usual mess and hassle

yeah fed some and they loved them to the earthworms

why do i need to squeze them

oh #40## do i have too lol

so would it hurt if they were eaten in one as i think they will be

I suppose it would be ok, but I'm not 100% on that one. I mean, in the wild they don't have anyone to squeeze the poop out, and the fish that eat them seem to do fine.
