How Did My Fishes Die?

From my previous question, one of my swordtail has ich, its not TB as some of the members say...but ich...so anyway, today my infected swordtail is dead...but how and why??? some of you may say its cos of the ich but then the dead body of my swordtail is white...i mean imagine a bright orange swordtail suddenyl turning white...white like a sheet of paper...so anyway my swordtaill has 2 holes on his body which runs through the other side as if someone has used a stick to skewer him...so that means i can see its rib cage and all thatand also, its intestine and guts are out of his body, floating beside him...so maybe i suspect that my angelfish has been eating him since his weak...any ideas???

Did the fish have any red sores on his body before the holes appeared.
Holes can also mean that parasites have burrowed there way through.
Did you see any fish pecking at him.
Sores the ulcerate can be fish tb.
Was he white after death or before.
A fish that white after death is normal.
