I figured out how to make my pics small enough but now it says it does'nt recognize PSF as a proper format. Idon't understand!!!!!!!!!!

You need to have the files as a jpg, jpeg or gif afair

do a search for "Irfanview". It's one of the easiest and free-est (that a word?) applications out there. You can convert to jpeg and adjust size, etc.
