Yes not to bad tho!!!...the med seems to be making her a little better but im so unsure!!!

sounds like you have cotton wool disease, not sure on its real name, but can easily be treated, but be careful as it tends to be a secondry infection, like if the fish has a cut, or like you thought been burnt etc.

treat the cotton wool disease (not sure which treatment it is though) then keep an eye on her.

I had a fish that had cotton wool, as it had slime disease (where their natural slime on the scales is lost making them prone to infection) - kind of like having an open graze on your knee, and it getting infected

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

You need to buy a heater guard to stop fish burning themselves on it.

Any signs of flicking and rubbing, excess mucas, darting, erratic swimmng, laboured breathing or gasping.

Does it look like bleaching beneath the skin.
Does it look like cotton wool.
Any redness to the patch.

30L not massive
3 guppis a few tetras
anonia 0
Nitrite 0
And PH 7.2

looks fluffy yes was at start bleachy but not now

You can lose a tank full of fish with a bad strain of columnaris.
Treat the whole tank.
Yes columnaris can be a fast killer.
Read the link I left.
Good Luck.
