Help Needed To Add Picture

hi can anyone tell me how i can add a picture because the one i want to add is more than 100k and it wont alow me to upload it is there anyway of reducing the size of image

Sign up to "photobucket" (completely free) and upload your pictures to that.

From there simply copy + paste the IMG tag or code under the picture you want directly into your post on here.

It will appear when you click reply, and automatically resizes your pictures
