Help! Ghost Shrimp Swimming Upside Down And Laying On Bottom!

i have 5 ghost shrimp along with 6 cherry barbs,7 zebra danios and 2 nerite snails....

i do 50% waterchanges weekly...

i was coming to do a waterchange when i saw the shrimp swimming upside down to a place in the tank then occasionally lying on his back on the tank floor... moving his legs ever so often

i use tetra aquasafe plus as the conditioner..

ammonia and nitrite have been 0 for about a month... tank has been setup for 3 months...

i feed every other day with flake food and frozen food as treats once a weak...

filter is a topfin 20...came with tank i know it stinks... tomorrow im going to get an AC 50.. .

Ghost shrimp are cheap and usually dont live too long. I think mine have only lasted a few months at the most. Everything seems fine other than your water changes are too much. dont do 50% changes, maybe 10-30%. this is enough for weekly changes sometimes 50% changes stress the fish out and cause more harm than good.
