Help Fish Growth/happyness

Hi there I was hoping for some help on my tank i havea rio 300 running external 305 fluval and internal juwel i was wondering why my fish dont seem to be growing i am thinking a bad mix or something.

I have 4 convicts, 1 green terror, 3 firemouths, 4 sevurms, 5 clown loaches, clown pleco,flash pleco, 2 pangasious

Now i am thinkin of moving on all the firemouths and 2 of the severums and leaving the rest and add A blue acara.

i do water changer every 7-10 days ph - 6.9 ish a = 0 n = 0 n = 0.05

I feed twice a day my fish seem happy but then i dunno, the clown loaches wont grow and i think the firemouths have got smaller lol

Any advice welcome

Sounds perfect, i do believe clown's are slow growers but maybe your a little heavily stocked be patient.
