Heater For 30g Tank?

I'm aware the heater I need is a 150W heater, but would it be more beneficial to go for a 200W heater so it has less work to do?

Also what make? Jager?

200W heater may heat the water up too fast and maybe too warm. I had a 50watt for my 10 gallon so 150W seems fine for a 30 gallon.
