Heat.........temp.!

its been very hot were i live..is it natural for the tank temp. to go up?
it says 22 degrees on heater but its 25 degrees in tank!
is the heater unaccurate or is the thermometer? or is it just the weather?
has anyone else experienced any thing else like this? thanks

During mid-day spring and summer my tanks are about 2-4 degrees warmer then the heater is set. The fish dont really seem to mind, in the wild the temp can change very fast so it shoudnt be a heath risk.
