greenhouse pond plants

hey newbie here ) are pond plants that are sold at greenhouses safe for most fsh..besides koi? IF they are what is the difference between them and aquarium plants? thanks

hmm good quesyion are they cheaper than the LFS. I would like to know too?

The only thing that I can think of being a problem is if they used any type of fertilizer that would hurt the fish but if koi would be ok with the plants I would think other fish would be ok too. Just my thoughts.
