I'm assuming you're asking about Suffolk on the East coast of England rather than Suffolk-Long Island, Suffolk-Virginia, Suffolk-New South Wales or any one of the other dozen or so Sufffolks around the world.
I'm in Suffolk, England and I use:
In South Suffolk
Viking Aquatics in Ipswich- basic range, terrible advice but occasional gems of returned fish. Reasonable prices though.
Rats, Cats & Elephants in Capel - wide range of cichlids & tetras, brackish range, good prices and (mostly) knowledgable staff.
Kesgrave Aquatics in Kesgrave (duh) - Good quality fish at excellent prices
Seapets in Martlesham - Good range but watch the quality. Generally good price on dry goods. Variable staff who seem to tend to believe what their suppliers tell them. Also stock marine fish.
Pets at Home in Ipswich - good range of gouramis for some reason, but they recommend a goldfish and bowl as a good starter set-up. 'Nuff said.
There's also:
Stonham Barns just outside Stonham Aspal - basic range of fish, great reptiles though.
Mickfield aquatics in Mickfield- Water gardens and ponds only.
Then just over the border there's:
Swallow Aquatics near Stanway, Colchester - Excellent range of quality fish with loads of cichlids, but rarely have anything unusual. Excellent returns policy, good range of dry goods, knowledgable staff (mostly), reasonable prices, huge range of live foods, large marine section, large reptile section,
Seapets at Stanway, Colchester - as Seapets at martlesham but smaller and grottier.
And lastly, the best place within an hour's drive of Suffolk is
SirMinion has beaten me to it, my personal preference is for Swallow Aquatics (see my reply re-plants).
Thank you SirMinion, I didn't know about Shotgate in Billericy must try & get someone to take me over there.

Shotgates is well worth the journey, make sure you can spend some money though otherwise you'll be kicking yourself on bits you could of had!!
i went there at new years for my x-mas pressie and managed to easily find 6 fish to buy!
I'll be adding to my sticky shortly as on wednesday I'm expecting delivery of some pike cichlids, this was via an add but the guy sends out stock lists. all the way up in Scotland but courier(TNT) for £16.
