I'm starting a 30 gallon with a Comet, Wakin, Black Moor, Red Cap Oranda.
Is thish suitable if I do more frequent water changes. The tank will have decorations, and a filter. No gravel, sand, peat ect.

No, that is very overstocked. That tank should have a max of two fancy goldfish, not long-bodieds (comet, wakin, etc.).

Give them sand. They forage through it all the time, denying them this very natural behavior is like not giving a puppy a chew toy.

WAy too overstocked, even if you just had one comet it would be overstocked.

Goldies are EXTREMELY mucky fish, and whilst they can survive, they are just very hardy and can survive worse conditions than other, more dleicate fish like for example, Bettas.

Also, I wouldnt say sand because they can ingest it and it's supposed to be very bad for them, but natural coloured gravel, like dorset pea gravel, but the smaller size so you get less gunk going down to the bottom. Also some elodea for them to rest in :)
