only a quick question.
my fish gasping at the top is probably a result of my high ammonia? Rather than a seperate thing i also have to treat for?

(doing daily water changes, twice atm) But cant do anything just yet, cause its 5am and will wake everyone else up so for now, this is all i can do

What are your water stats?
Is your tanks cycled? Or are you in the process of cycling?
Do you have aeration in your tank?
What is the temperature in your tank?

no nitrates
having to do a fish cycle.
temp: 79F (26C)
will test nitrite soon

its a jewel 180L, so i have the filter that came with the tank. Just changed the poly pad in the hope that makes a difference

after changing poly pad, the fish arent all at the top now. only changed it the other day though! didnt realise they could get so dirty so quickly.

Now back to focusing on major water changes.
