Frustration

Im getting really frustrated and irritated with my all my LFS. I want to put sand in my tank but I dont want dark colored sand I want it like marina sand but they say theres to much salt in it to use for my cichlids and they also say the salt content cant be washed out so Im getting mad cuz I see people with pics of there tanks with light colored sand but I cant find any lol.

thankyou for the link it would help but dont have use bank so cant buy online and man thats white I think i want a yellow ish or off white color sand lol didnt realize was so white dang near blinded me

Just get a really white sandblasting sand. Just make sure it's not silica.
Believe it or not most play sand looks pretty white.. I dont know how white you wan't it but it's going to look nice and natural and a heck of a lot cheaper!

all the play sand I have seen around here is a dark grey color..

Go to Argos and buy childrens play sand its off white but a very nice colour and its £2.99 for 15kg.

I agree!
It looks a lot lighter when it's in the tank... After you get done washing it you will wonder what you've got yourself into but once it's in there you'll love it
