Cories usually get most veggies. Same with plecs, varieties!

have you tried cooked peas? They love it! Also, try many types. Like, this is what I use to do. Slice a LITTLE TINY PIECE of veg/fruit.
Then, put it on a skewer and dip it in, if the fish aren't interested in at least four minutes I take it out.

(I learned that larger fruits/vegs won't catch a fish's attention.)

I was recently given a box of choccies from mum. Some of these had nuts on the top - and im not a fan of nuts! (no funny comments please - Yes Im an essex girl at heart but just behave!)

I cleaned the nuts to remove any traces of choc and simply chucked one in the tank.

This morning I saw "big fat ugly B* fish" (my bristlenose) munching away on it.

This just goes to show that any fruit and veg and seeds are a posibility. Just make sure that whateve you feed gives variety. e.g. flakes one day, veg the next day, live food the day after.

As long as you keep an eye on any leftovers and remove them after a few hours if the fish arent interested. I often leave stuff like cucumber overnight as fish like plecs tend to be most active at night.
