For All Those Who Have Fallen

In the past two days of my stupidity, many have fallen.

Due to my stupidity and letting them experince culture shock:

2x glow lite tetra
1x False flying fox
1x Dragon goby

Due to me thinking a 4inch albino senegal could not eat fish that big......

1x Cardinal tetra
(actually, the albino was so cool this morning, as you could see the cardinal's flourecant blue coming from the albino skin....)

But yes.... I would like to make this a tribute to all fish who were lost in stupidity.
These guys were my attempt to clone my 10, which failed. My Albino senegal will be stuck in the 10g for about a month or so until this tank cycles, along with my peacock eel....

Still.... Rip dudes...

How did you try to clone a tank? I dont understand how it would fail...

The media of a 10 gallon was not enough to keep a 38 filtering correctly.

yeah... you have to stock up gradually when you clone a tank, not all at once.

FYI, i don't recommend keeping the khuli in the 38 once you add the bichir and eel.

yea the media can only cope with the bio load you had in the 10 gallon.


you need to add fish slowly like pica says so the filter has a chance to catch up.

oh, that's not what happened.

Several things attributed, EX: culture shock killing off over 1/2 my fish due to me stupidly no properly introducing them into the 4 degree difference.

cloning a tank is where you take as much media ect from one tank and place it in another to add the benificial bacteria generally used when your upgrading tanks...
