Hi, i have a Tetratec External Filter running in my 240l Tank alongside the internal Jewel Filter. About 3 weeks ago i came down and found that about 5 litrers of water had spilled from the Filter and flooded my kitchen (wooden floors ruined!!). So i took the filter out, cleaned it completely and put it back, no leaks thanks god. Until yesterday when it happened again, it seems the water is leaking slowly from where the lid of the Tetratec Filter is attached to the main body of the filter.? I have tried everything but for some reason it still leaks, each time from a different spot around the edge. I was tempted to seal it with glue but then i wouldnt be able to open it for cleaning. I cant afford another one and my tank is becoming very dirty with just the jewel filter..if anyone has any ideas what could be wrong please advise asap as i am almost tempted to just quit this hobby and sell my stuff as its heart breaking seeing my tank so dirty and my house so ruined, plus if it leaks again the missus will divorce me....
