Fishtank Video

Apologies but this is the first time using my phone to video anything.

Does the tank look ok? cloudy still? Water movement?

You have good aeration from the water spilling back into the aquarium from the filter , good flow and the fish look lively and not stressed . The plants look nice and I think you have a good setup . If this cloudiness persists then do daily 1/3 water changes until it clears up . I see no reason for this to be happening . One thing I do is to smell my water in the aquarium . That probably sounds weird but you will eventually learn what smells good and what doesn’t . Bad water has a “funny” smell that good clean water doesn’t and I don’t mean the water from the tap but what’s been in the aquarium for awhile .

I was worried about the aeration as gourami prefer calm water.

Would a wisteria next to the heater be ok?


I have shrimp in the tank too.

The Gourami’s will find a spot in there to their liking and plants can go anywhere . I don’t think it matters what the proximity to a heater is . Shrimp I know nothing about .
