Temp: 32 degrees
Ph: 6.4
Kh: 3d
General Hardness: very soft with some slight fluctuations

And the log:

So...yesterday I was back up to 2.4 Ammonia. I checked the reading twice to make sure. Is this normal, and should I continue to the next stage with my large water change?

hmm seems like your PH your problem which is stalling the cycle (same happened with me).

i'd do a partial water change (30%) ish and it should come back up.
