Fish Tank Volume

I was checking through some document with my white spot treatment and realised that their guide for volume calculation, comes up with a different answer to another I have....and im worried.

My tank is 48x18x15 (Inches)

I went on numerous website and they all come out different...some at 180 some at 210 and 1 at 250 !! (Litres)

Is this a UK/USA thing ?

Any info would be appreciated.
