Fish Are Doing Weird Things

well i just did a 15 % water change and after 5 mints they all slowly fall to the bottom....
why is this ? ??

are they gonna be ok ?

Any chemicals got into the tank during the water change, are they gasping or anything.
Also did the temp match.

i think this happens when you put in water hotter than ther temperature of your tank.
