Finished Cycling!......i Think

Well, my 15gal quarantine tank has finally cycled, I do believe. I started a fishless cycle about a month ago. Yesterday I topped the tank of at 5ppm of ammonia at 3:30PM it was down to 1ppm at 3:30AM. So it would take about say 16hrs for it to go from 5ppm of ammonia to 0 ammonia and 0 nitrite. Would this be good for 6 sparkling gouramis, 8 threadfin rainbows, and mabey 2 ottos and 15-30 young cherry shrimp?

The 15 gal is a quarantine tank and the fish will all be moved to a larger tank after they get the all clear . I'm just concerned that if I add them the bioload would be to much and It would cause a mini-cyle. Do you think adding just the gouramis and rainbows would be OK?

Can I get a answer asap cuz I want to order the gouramis online tonight so that they can be shipped on monday and would like to know wether I can or can't.
