can anyone reccomend a internal or external filter for a juwel 70?It must be silent and failry cheap if possible.Thanks

Fluval2Plus (pick up a second hand one on ebay for about a tenner)

Internally, If 70 refers to the volume in litres i would use either the fluval 2 plus, or the 3 plus which has a much larger media basket and you can turn down the flow so it doesn't turn your tank into a whirlpool. I have recently upgraded from the 2 to 3 in my 60 litre tank, and the water quality which wasn't bad, has improved greatly.
