i have just been looking and watching my fish and noticed the following:

a neon tetra has a lump/bulge just in front of its tail..... it seems to be a slightly darker color than the surrounding red, swimming ok though

my red tailed black shark.... her tail has become almost see through, havent noticed any strange behaviour as she quite often hides anyway

a lemon tetra seems to be swimming fowards but at a funny angle all the time, not on its side but with its nose slightly pointed upwards (if makes sense as a fish doesnt have a nose) lol it is also swimming quicker than the others

wondering if anyone can help? all other fish etc are fine

How big is the tank and what fish are in it? (what species and how many)
When did these problems start?
Exact water stats (in ammonia/nitrite/nitrate/pH/temp) would help us.
Photos would be good as well.

Lump is hard to diagnose without a photo. The RTBS might just be stressed, the see through tail sometimes happens when they are stressed. Lemon tetra - hard to know. Usually this sort of thing is caused by swim bladder disease but normally that causes total loss of balance.

the tank size is 260l fluval vicenza, my gf noticed the sharks tail approx thursday and i noticed the neons lump and he lemon tetra yesterday whilst watching.

all fish etc are fine though and the fish are swimming and eating. why would rtbs be stressed?
