ok well im pickin my new tank up this saturday, wont be able to set it up for a week or so tho so i have time to plan.
have a few questions tho.
im moving my 6" oscar to the new tank but im not 100% sure ill get it all done in one day so would he be ok in my big 80 litre bucket with a filter and heater and lid tightly on for that time do you think?
id stick a bin bag round most of it or sumfin so he felt more comfortable but its deeper rather than long and thats my main worry.
ive got something against external filters, dnt kno what it is but im going to use internals for this.
do i need more filter media to seed the tank cos its bigger (6x2x2) or is it jus bioload which counts cos i wont be adding much more than my oscar (which i kno is messy but its gonna be a much bigger bioload when i sully stock the tank isnt it?)
finally and i think i kno the answer to this one but can you keep an arowana with an oscar or would it jus be the bloodbath i imagine it to be?
