Hii! I have had my tank fishless, plants in cycling for about 3-4 weeks now.
I have an aquasoil (6cm aprox) layer with a fine sand layer on top, more aquasoil on the back, more sand on the front.
I have a lot of epiphytes, like anubias or java ferns.
I just bought some tropica fertilizer (green one) and some people told me to put it after the cycle finishes (just 1/2 or 1/4 of the recommended dose), after the big water change before adding fish.
I have a bit of hair algae too and my windelov is getting pretty black, idk if lack of nutrients or just addapting.

What are your recommendations? It's a 105L tank, 6 hours of light and some bladder and ramshorn snails:

Only snails would the Nerites the eggs don't hatch in freshwater tanks.

My tank is 60L and has 8 hours of light.

It's recommended getting some plants that are root feeders like swords or crypto. You have aquasoil but java fern and anubias are water column feeders so you're not really making use of it.
