I caUght 2 worms from my garden today and was wondering whether itll be safe to feed them TO MY FISH. I've been living in my house for 4 years and ive not sprayed any pesticides so there is no pesticides in the soil im guessing. Is there any risk. Should i just buy from the store and then let them breed??

Rainwater can contain nasties in it, especially in less rural areas (due to car fumes and other pollutants) so I'm not sure how at risk your fish will be I'm afraid  It'd be interesting to know, I think I'll keep an eye on this one.

I've read about leaving the worms in a bowl of cooked oatmeal for 24 hours to flush anything out of them before feeding to fish. I actually bought some oatmeal just for that purpose bit haven't been brave enough to try it yet incase it kills all the fish lol
