hello can i just dig some earthworms up from my garden give them a rinse then feed them to my angles? thanks

Yup earthworms are a really good food for fish. I used to feed to my Oscars and they loved them. There is an earthworm flake which is apparently very good but its hard to get here in the UK.

I agree, earthworms are meaty, nutritious and most importantly if you can dig them up from your garden... Free!

Just chop them up so the angels can get them in their mouths and you're good to go. Angels will try and eat just about anything you put in the tank.

Yeah earthworms are a great food for any fish that can eat them, I find cutting them up a bit grizzly, if you keep them in a container with a damp rag or something the soil/food is passed through them and its cleaner to feed them.

have you ever put some pesticides or weed be gone or something like that in your soil?

Totally, when I fed to Oscars they could eat them whole. Cutting them up is nasty, the worms writhing in what looks like agony, I had to stop feeding them. Still, a food that fish love.

Just make sure you dont have like inorganic stuff in your soil like musho said. Otherwise, they are great food for any fish. You can probably get away with feeding them whole if they can fit into your angels mouth because earthworm can compress a lot.
