Feather fin catfish

Hi I have two feather fin catfish boy rescued from someone who didn’t look after them or feed them I’m just wondering what would be the best food for them as the are really skinny and not looking so good I believe there both female but I’m unsure

If this is the species Synodontis eupterus there is feeding information on SF:

Synodontis are omnivorous and are most unfussy in terms of feeding. Frozen, live and dried foods are all accepted. It also relishes vegetable matter in the form of shelled peas, cucumber etc., which it will rasp at with the teeth in its lower jaw.​
