External Filter Advice

Hi guys im looking at getting an external filter for the tank , tank is 120l and currently using a massive jewel internal filter which takes up a load of room.
 
Has anyone got any advice/recommendations on what to or not to get

I'm looking for the same thing, there is a filter at £45 with more filter media and comes with a built in uv bulb its the same as the all pond solutions one on ebay but only £20+ cheaper, worth looking at.

go with a HOB filter for that small of a tank,
 
aquaclear 70 / 300
 
or a similar filter of another brand
