End Cap On Jewul Lights Will Not Loosen

the title says it all really, i need to replace the light on my rekord 800, one has been replace but because the other bulb is dead  the first one doesnt work either cause it goes on loop, whats the best way to loosen the end cap
 
its only one end cap and it wont move at all, i know each end twists in the opposite direction

All I can say is maybe grease it, I'm not too sure but I have a question for you.

I have the same tank and was wondering if other tubes fit in there? Does the tank tubes looasen up and fit smaller or larger bulbs?
