please help! chers
ps. i dont have a test kit so dont know the concentrations of the water :S

First things first. What is a Calistus species. Can't find it in any book or on web.

1. Did you cycle tank before adding fish? (read pinned articles as top of this forum)
2. Are there lots of hiding places in your tank? Rocks, wood, plants etc.
3. You need to get us water stats for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH as if these are all fine it helps eliminate a lot of other problems there may be.

hey, yep i did cycle the tank before this,
took my water into the fish shop and tested it today, there was no amonia nor nitrate found in the water..the fish shop keper said my water is fine..
however i do have alot of hiding spaces in the tank, erm lots of rocks few plants and this whitish thing with lots of spaces in it ..??

You should buy your own test kits for ammonia, nitrites and nitrates- although not all do, many lfs/lps will tell you your water is "fine" when actually it has some major issues. No nitrates could indicate the tank is not completely cycled or is going through a mini-cycle, although with no nitrite stats to go on its imposible to say.
Right now my main advise is to do a 30% water change with dechlorinator and buy some accurate test kits (not the paper strip ones as these are sometimes not very accurate, but the proper test tube type ones that give you a good idea on things like the exact concentrations of stuff like nitrites, nitrates and ammonia in the water  ) ASAP.
