Emereld Cory Cat With White Spot On Tip Of Nose

okay so ive been through this before i think with my creamcicle molly thread: http/www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=297290&hl=
here are my water stats:
gh- 180
kh - 180
ph- 6.5
no2- 0
no3- 40

ive added one treatment of water buddies anti fungus (2 tablets for 20 gal) and i only have 1 left(they where givin to me) and i dont have any money to spend really... (lost my job recently)

i dont want my fish to die but i dont have the funds to keep buying different things... i already know i need some sort of softner or something for the high gh and kh, and more medicine on top of that would break me. any suggestions?

(i thought the fungus was because of bad water conditions for my very picky molly, but now its happening to my cory cat!)

if needed i can post all medicine, ph altering powders, carbon or whatever u need to know that may help.

Ah this wont change anything, but my penguin tetra has one of these, when i looked real close it seems to be a missing bit of flesh, dont know if it is the same case with your cory?

thats how it is with my Molly, started out the same...kinda like a puffy white spot that peels away and leaves white, skin less spot.... please help
