Ebjd Eye Problem

Hi, i have posted this on the New World Cichlid boards also, there's a couple more pics there also and background info:

My problem is the Eye of my newly acquired EBJD. the top picture below is of his good eye, the rest of the bad. I'm sure I purchased the fish in this condition, and should have been more vigilant. I am not sure if it is permanent damage or not, I think the seller had 7-9 EBJD and maybe gave me the one which got a beating...any opinions, how to treat are much apprecitated, also the original thread in the nw cichlids

I would issolate him and use a bacterial med just to be on the safe side.
Not melafix.
Anti internal bacteria med by interpet if you are in the uk.
