Dwarf Congo Frog And Shrimp?

Evening guys.

I have a 15 gallon tank. Its been up and running for a good month now, and i currently have the following in my tank:
3 white fin tetras
4 diamond flame tetras
1 bristlenose
1 dwarf congo frog
1 male guppy
2 female guppies.
2 clown loaches

Id quite like to get a cherry shrimp, would this be ok with the dwarf congo from as I have heard they may not work out together?

If not would something like an assassin snail be suitable?

I would sort out the stocking first. Clown Loaches get huge and need extremely large tanks with a shoal. The frog may be out competed for food and should really be in a species aquarium.

I am unfamiliar with those specific tetras but i am sure someone else will drop in.
