Dwarf Chidlich? Tiger Barbs?

i was at the pet store yesterday n i saw some very pretty fishes they were pink and blue and they would stare at me,n they were small/medium. im not really sure what they were but i think that theyre dwarf chichlids...anyone help?

2nd question can tiger barbs be comfortable in a 29 gallon tank? i have 7 barbs n 2 chinese algae eaters. can tiger barbs n american chichlids live together?

Tigers in a 29 gal would be fine, they do need to be in groups. I have have tigers & american cichlids together and they are fine.
