depends on the temp when you post them. If it's in the height of summer your probably ok without one, however if your talking in the next week or so when the temp in the UK is quite variable I would get one. Just bear in mind it's probably going to spend overnight in some cold warehouse or the back of a lorry somewhere, if the ambient temp outside isn't that high then put in a heat pack.
