Alright, as some of you may recall I was given a 12gallon tank for free from my manager at my work. The filter didn't work so I bought a nice new Penguin bio-wheel filter that's rated for up to 20gallons, it's a lightly planted tank with first layer plant gravel and sand as the substrate.
I was asking a little while ago about stocking the tank and came up with a final few choices.
The first stock was going to be 6 neons and 5 cory cats and possibly another shoal of 3-4 fish, some people didn't agree with adding the extra 3-4 fish and thought I should take away from the cory cats.
The second stock was 8 neons and 5 cory cats, I liked this stock mysel however I wanted something different opposed to pure neons. So I changed up the stock.
My new stock in the tank is now 4 neon tetras, 4 glow-light tetras( get the same size as neons and produce as much waster -little-) and 3 Albino cory catfish. I'll be adding about 2-3 oto cats tonight more than likely.
