Did my tank ever cycle?

I have had my 10 gallon tank stocked for eight weeks now. The first five weeks I fed my fish every other day to keep the ammonia down. I did not do anywater changes until the 5th week, upon which I have started to do them weekly at 20% and I feed my fish every day now. My tank is stocked with one plec, and two bala sharks. Once they get bigger I plan to move them to a bigger tank or give them to a friend so don't worry about the size. God I feel like an idiot for posting this, but did my tank every cycle? I don't have a testing kit so I can't give you the parameters. )

well, if you have no test kits, what makes you think your tank hasn't cycled yet? It doesn't start looking any different once it cycles, except maybe for some algae starting to grow on ornaments and glass a few weeks (may not happen at all with the regular water changes)...
You can take a sample of your water to a LFS and have them test it for you if you don't want to buy test kits yourself
