Deposit On Light

I noticed after about the 5th day my tank has been running im getting a salt deposit on my light cover at the top of the tank. The lid is all wet and driping back into tha tank.

Is this normal? will I have to clean my light off daily or does it not matter?

100% normal. You SHOULD clean it so the light is stronger. Also alge will grown on it. So clean it ever 10 days with 2 dry clothes

Hi,

What type of set up is it? If you can fit one, a condensation tray will drip water straight back in the tank and the lights will stay clean. If you have a Juwel tank or similar then its not possible to have one with the standard juwel hood. The deposits will come off easily with white vinegar, a condensation tray just makes life easier.
