i need help decorating my tank its 19 uk gallons 80cm x 40 cm x 40cm and i want to know what plants to get really i intend to keep neon tetras and cory's really but i am open to other suggestions and am wondering what the best plants to get i dont mind what im being told but i want to know your opinions

There are literally hundreds of different species. A great deal depends upon how much light you have over the tank. If you take, as a rough guide 2 Watts of fluorescent light per gallon, then you have "Medium" light. Have a browse then through the plant list at Tropica and look for medium light plants that match your water chemistry and are marked as "Easy" or "Very Easy" and it's hard to go wrong.
