Death To Hydra

Is there any way to kill hydra throughout an entire tank without harming or killing Mystery Snails?

I expect anything that would kill the hydra would kill the snail too. If they are really bothering you you would have to remove the snail to kill them and any residue of the poison could be a danger to the snail. They are harmless to all but the most minature fry, so unless you are trying to breed egglayers that have tiny fry they wont do any harm, many see them as indicators of good water quality. I have lots of them in tanks and they cause no problems.
