Dead Platy

I came in my room and found Mickey(my platy) dead . He was at the bottom. Before he died he was getting skinnier and skinnier. He wouldn't eat. What do you think was wrong with him?? Water temperature was fine. Water was clean and cycled. He wasn't getting picked on by other fish. Could it of possibly been too many fish?? He started acting weird after I did my water-change and got the other platy. Please give suggestions so this doesn't happen in the future.

That sounds like he had internal parasites. I don't think they spread to other fish, but just in case keep an eye out for any fish that have the same symptoms.
