Dead Fish And Another About To Die!

Hi all,

Went to my tank yesterday and found custard a guppy dead floating covered in a white furry film, today i went to the tank and noticed miffy my pink and white guppy with a dodgy looking tail.

Here are some photos,

The tail used to be a split looking tail with pink on both sides, the pink one also seems to have a bruise looking on his lower belly by tail.

This is how i found the yellow one it couldnt of been in the tank more than 24hours, i took the photo out of the water as i felt i needed to get it out the tank asap.

The yellow one that died was new 2days ago.


Fish in tank 7 guppys 4 tetras 1 bristlenose pleco 1 baby ghost shrimp
64l tank
20% water changes weekly
all levels fine
live plants

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

UPDATE

Went to the tank this morning and the tail is even thinner and he has lost all colour he can hardly swim and he looks sad

Please help!!!

Please help im really worried miffy was my first ever fish :'(

It sounds bacterial to me.
If the film was like cotton wool it sounds like columnaris.

You will need to medicate the tank if other fish are sick.
Uk. Myxazin by waterlife and pimafix.

What's the green stuff at the bottom of the tank?
