Day 6 Treating Ich

Well its been 6 days sense I first noticed the little white spot's, and still no results. The products I am using are Paracide Green and Aqua -MOX. My tanks normal temp is 78'F but I read that a increase in the water temp can rapidly speed up the process. Now form 11:00(PM) last night to 12:30(PM) today I have been gradually raising the temp to about 85'F so I hope this will do the trick. Does any one have any tricks of the trade they could let me in on? Or does it sound like I am taking care of it the right way?

The only thing i have ever used to treat ich sucssesfully is CopperSafe. The spots will be gone in 2 days. It works everytime for me.
