Is there any suitable/aquarium safe glue for gluing rocks together in an aquarium?

Or would any one recommend an alternative.

I’m just contemplating making a monument valley type lay out for a new tank.

You can buy aquarium silicon sealant from your lfs or online.

Generally people use aquarium safe silicone sealant (same stuff used to glue tanks together). Just make sure you leave it to set for long enough.

saw on another post that you can use a hot melt glue gun if its just for ornaments not holding the tank together

I have a hot glue gun and all that laying around. i was woundring if that would leach toxins into the water to degrade over time.

My only LFS is Pets at home. They dont stock stuff like this. Is there any none toxic glazing brands? If i can avoid it i would like to avoid buying a £3 tube of sealent and them sped £5 on postage.

They sell the aquarium silicon sealant at my local pets at home. It's by the gravel cleaners and nets and things.

the post is in hardware and diy here it says that hotmelt glue is safe, provided its the standard white sticks not used it myself, but they seem pretty sure.

Just be aware that the glue from a hot glue gun can get a little brittle when cold. Silicone sealant might be better as its more flexible :)
