Cycling Question

I have setup my PFK nano tank now. When setting it up, in the filter for the nano, I filled half of it with efhisubstrat from my 3year mature tank so that the cube will get a kick-start with the cycling...

Do I now need to wait a certain number of days for the cube to continue cycling, or is it ok to think about adding fish/shrimp?

I am adding an appropriate amount of sera ammovec (biostarter) to the tank as well...

Start adding fish because you have bacteria in the tank that has nothing to feed on!
