current stock
1 x siamese fighter, 2 x corydoras, 2 x cherry barbs, 2 x harlequin tetra, 2 x lemon tetra, 5 x guppys, 5 x black widow tetra, 3 x rummy nose tetra, 1 x pleco, 3 x electric blue ram, 3 x plattys, 4 x neon tetra

looking to get rid of the
2 x cherry barbs, 2 x harlequin tetra, 2 x lemon tetra, 3 x rummy nose tetra

and add 6 more neons, 2 electric rams, add 2 angel fish (currently about an inch in size)

in a 180 litre juwel tank.

then in about 3 weeks when my next pay day arrives buy a small second tank to put the guppys and plattys in (increasing numbers where i need to)

opinions please

What sex are The 3 rams you have? I'm guessing 1male, 2 female? And that you plan to get one more of each?

You could really do with some more corys as they are shoaling fish. At least 4 more.

If it were me, I'd hold off getting more fish until I'd bought the second tank, and move the platies and guppies first, rather than adding new ones and taking some out afterwards.

What species of pleco do you have? What type of tank setup do you have?

Nice sized tank though! :good:

heres my jounal thing for my tank

ive got 3 bits of bogwood soaking and more substrate to add to the tank so I can plant the plants properly but im waiting for the bogwood to be ready before adding the new substrate. Then plan to add a few more plants and remove the pirate ship in the middle totally and add perhaps a cave type ornament - not sure yet.

with regards to the rams, 2 male 1 female at present, looking to get perhaps a 80-100 litre second tank to move the guppys and plattys to. as well as a very small hospital tank - just waiting for payday
the pleco is a bristlenose - female, about 2 inchs in size, I love watching her move about the tank and would love another one but im not sure if to get a male or a female. Or be brave and go for a more expensive pleco lol

the reason I was going to get the new fish was basically because my LFS has easter offers on and I can get 2 rams and 2 angels for £20

corys are £3.50 in my LFS easter special.

do you think my tank would take the extra fish now or would i need to move the plattys / guppys first

running a fluval 305 filter that is fully cycled
